Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Drunken driving:
Police arrested Vanessa M.C. Pazar, 21 on a charge of drunken driving at 5:25 a.m. Monday on Slate Drive in the Mendenhall Valley. They also charged her with fifth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. Police lodged her at Lemon Creek Correctional Center and impounded the vehicle she was driving.
Motor vehicle accident:
No one was reported injured when a Ford Bronco allegedly struck a Subaru Legacy at 8:52 p.m. Sunday on West Willoughby Avenue downtown. Damage to the Bronco was estimated at $250, while damage to the Subaru was estimated at $1,000.
Hit and run:
A woman reported at 12:58 p.m. Sunday that sometime overnight a vehicle, possibly metallic blue, hit the wall in front of her home on Highland Drive downtown. Officers estimated the wall sustained $1,000 in damage.
Theft:
Makita power tools were reported stolen at 10:42 p.m. Sunday near David Street in the West Juneau area. A man reported an air compressor, a staple gun and a nail gun missing, with a total loss of $400.
Vandalism:
A man reported at 9:10 a.m. Monday a plastic mailbox was vandalized sometime Saturday night at his Northland Street residence in the Mendenhall Valley. Damage was estimated at $15.
