Christopher D. Backer, 22, was indicted by a grand jury on felony charges of first-degree vehicle theft and first-degree failure to stop at the direction of a police officer, stemming from alleged actions of Dec. 14.
Christopher Stansell, 21, was indicted by a grand jury on a felony charge of second-degree burglary and misdemeanor counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree theft, stemming from alleged actions of Nov. 5 involving a Lemon Creek business.
Austin L. Lanz, 20, was indicted by a grand jury on a felony charge of fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, stemming from alleged actions of Aug. 17 involving methamphetamines.
Sarah Orazio, 24, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Nov. 26 incident in which her blood-alcohol level was measured at .233 percent. Juneau District Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed six days to serve in jail with another 40 days suspended, ordered her to pay $1,500 of a $3,000 fine with the rest suspended, revoked her driver's license for 90 days and placed her on probation for 18 months.
