Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Theft:
Police cited a man, 20, on a larceny charge after responding to a shoplifting charge at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 600 block of West Willoughby Avenue.
Police arrested a man, 31, at 1:41 a.m. Thursday in the 3800 block of Killewich Drive in the Mendenhall Valley on a charge of theft of services. They lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
A pair of pewter earrings with gold nugget accents was reported stolen at 8:26 a.m. Thursday in the 2800 block of Postal Way in the Valley. The theft occurred sometime within the past week.
Underage drinking:
Police cited a man, 19, on a charge of underage drinking at 11:39 p.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of Behrends Avenue. From the same incident, police cited a man, 22, on a charge of furnishing alcohol to a minor.v
Vandalism:
A woman reported at 2:21 p.m. Wednesday that her mailbox was vandalized in the 6900 block of Sunny Drive.
Vehicle accidents:
Police cited a man, 22, at 5:01 p.m. Wednesday on Fish Creek Road on a charge of failing to give immediate notice of an accident that occurred at 1 a.m. Tuesday.
