Juneau police and fire officials and state police reported:

Death:

• At about 12:20 p.m. Monday, police received a report of a death in the 9700 block of Trappers Lane.

Disturbance:

• At about 11:15 p.m. Sunday, a disturbance was reported in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway. Alcohol was involved.

• At about 11:25 p.m. Monday, police received a report of a disturbance in the 4000 block of Delta Drive.

Domestic violence:

• At about 4 p.m. Sunday, police responded to a report of domestic violence in the Mendenhall Valley.

• At about 6 p.m. Monday, police served a domestic violence protective order to an 18-year-old woman.

• At about 7:30 p.m. Monday, police served a domestic violence protective order to a 19-year-old man.

• At about 8 p.m. Monday, police served a domestic violence protective order to a 36-year-old man.

• At about 8:15 p.m. Monday, police served a domestic violence protective order to a 47-year-old man.

• At about 8:30 p.m. Monday, police served a domestic violence protective order to a 27-year-old man.

• At about 9:50 p.m. Monday, a woman was arrested on a charges of domestic violence assault downtown. She was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Driving without a license:

• At about 8 a.m. Monday, a 37-year-old man was cited on a charge of driving without a license on Egan Drive. The vehicle was impounded.

Drunken driving:

• At about 9:20 p.m. Monday, Amy Jane Threlfall was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated on Egan Drive. She was lodged at the state prison.

• At about 11:45 p.m. Monday, Joseph Ryan Whitcomb was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway. He was lodged at the state prison.

Failure to appear:

• At about 1:40 a.m. Tuesday, a man was arrested on a $100 cash-only Alaska State Troopers warrant for failure to appear. The man was lodged at the state prison.

Fraud/forgery:

• At about 6:30 p.m. Monday, a 32-year-old woman reported a fraud claim at her business in the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard. The investigation continues.

Lost property:

• At about 10:50 a.m. Monday, a wallet was reported lost.

Sex crime:

• At about 2:30 p.m. Monday, police opened a confidential investigation into a report of sexual abuse of a minor.

• At about 9 a.m. Tuesday, police opened a confidential investigation into a report of sexual abuse of a minor.

Theft:

• At about 6:20 p.m. Monday, police received a report that a DVD player was stolen from the 3400 block of Foster Avenue.

• At about 9:35 p.m. Monday, a 40-year-old woman reported her $70 phone was stolen from her residence in the 3400 block of Foster Avenue.

• At about 8:15 a.m. Tuesday, a 59-year-old man reported a burglary at a business in the 2200 block of Industrial Boulevard.

Traffic accident:

• At about 5 p.m. Sunday, a 2001 Ford driven by a 19-year-old woman was involved in an injury accident with a 1991 Toyota driven by a 16-year-old boy in the 4400 block of Julep Street. A damage estimate was not available.

• At about 7 a.m. Monday, a 2009 Honda was struck by a 1997 Ford on Stephen Richards Memorial Drive. The Honda sustained $4,000 in damage.

• At about 2:30 p.m. Monday, an accident involving a state of Alaska SUV, an unoccupied U.S. postal truck and a 1999 Chevy truck was reported in the 900 block of Third Street. The 35-year-old man driving the SUV was transported to Bartlett Regional Hospital for injuries. The SUV was totaled, the postal truck received $5,000 in damage, and the Chevy escaped without damage.

• At about 3 p.m. Monday, police reported an accident involving a silver 2003 Toyota, driven by a 65-year-old man, and a green 2004 Chevy Suburban, driven by a 37-year-old woman, near 7 mile on Glacier Highway. Police issued a citation to the man for failing to yield. The Toyota sustained $2,000 in damage, the Chevy sustained $1,000.

Vandalism:

• At about 9:40 p.m. Monday, a 48-year-old man reported a window broken on his truck canopy, causing $80 damage in the 8400 block of Thunder Mountain Road.
