Monagle, Polis to wed

Katie Monagle of Juneau and Matthew Polis of Lancaster, Calif. will be married June 18, 2011 at the Cathedral of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Juneau.

The prospective bride is the daughter of Pat and Kari Monagle. The prospective groom is the son of Vincent and Pamela Polis.

Monagle and Polis were engaged Aug. 6, 2010. Both plan to graduate from Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio in May. They will make their home in Lewiston, Idaho, where the groom’s family resides.

Maria Tate, Monagle’s cousin, will serve as maid of honor and Timothy Semler, a friend of the groom, will stand as best man.
