Conant, Buckfelder wed

Tamara Conant and Adam Buckfelder were married April 16, 2011 at Magnolia Plantation in Charleston, S.C.

The bride is the daughter of Bruce and Susan Conant of Juneau. She graduated from Juneau-Douglas High School and attended Seattle University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is employed in commercial operations at Genentech in San Francisco.

The groom is the son of William and Deborah Buckfelder of Palmyra, Pa. He graduated from Palmyra Area High School and attended the United States Naval Academy and Harvard Business School. He is employed in energy investment banking at Barclays Capital in New York City.

Attending the bride were Collen Conant, Jennifer Hodges and Nicole Hopkins. Scott Buckfelder, Nick Davis and Pete Brereton stood with the groom. Zophie Hopkins served as flower girl. Rev. Ted Dougherty officiated.

The Buckfelders honeymooned in Argentina before making their home in San Francisco.
