Taylor, Reardon to wed

Pilar Taylor and Michael Reardon will be married Sept. 17, 2011 at Alderscheim Wilderness Lodge in Juneau.

The prospective bride is the daughter of Capt. Phil Taylor of Ketchikan and Tracy Salter of Juneau. She graduated from Ketchikan High School and attended the Culinary Program at the Art Institute of Seattle. She is a chef at Daniel Island, S.C.

The prospective groom is the son of Timothy and Sharon Reardon of Powell, Ohio. He graduated from Dublin High School in Dublin, Ohio and attended Ohio University in Athens. He is a business consultant in Charleston, S.C.

Winita Owen will serve as maid of honor, while Tiffany Ivey, Chelsea Wilburn-McCarthy and Maggie Stamps, the groom’s sister, will be bridesmaids. Veronica Salter, the bride’s sister, will be a junior bridesmaid.

Timothy Reardon, the groom’s father, will be the best man. James Dawson, the bride’s brother, will serve as a groomsman. Brock Taylor, the bride’s brother, Joe Williams, Jeff Leer, the bride’s uncle, and Chris Williams will be ushers.

A reception will follow the ceremony.
