White, Dorn wed


Caprice White and Jason Dorn wed Sept. 30, 2011, at Newcastle Wedding Gardens in Newcastle, Calif.

The bride is the daughter of Teresa Mote of Eugene, Ore. and Gary Dulany of Salem, Ore. She graduated from Willamette High School in Eugene and attended Grand Illusions School of Cosmetology in Juneau. She is employed with Salon Du Soleil in Roseville, Calif.

The groom is the son of Mary Gail and Charles Dorn of Auburn, Calif. He graduated from Jesuit High School in Fair Oaks, Calif. and attended Creighton University in Omaha, Neb. He is employed with Sierra Vista Bank in Folsom, Calif.

The bride was attended by Casey Franklin of Natomas, Calif. April Horton of Cordova was matron of honor and Holly White of Anchorage was maid of honor. Ryan Dorn of Antelope, Calif. was the best man, with Kyle White of Juneau acting as groomsman. The groom’s nephew, :andon Dorn, was the ring bearer. Ushers were Drew Baird, Brent Prosser, Jay Sonder, Rob Ditter, and Paul Gerhart. The groom’s father, Charles Dorn, officiated the wedding.

The pair met while living in Juneau in 2005, thanks to mutual friend Peter Mores. They will make their home in Carmichael, Calif.
