Betty (Lakoduk) and Dwane Kaplor celebrate 50 years of marriage on Aug. 26, 2012.
The pair wed Aug. 26, 1962 and will celebrate 50 years at a party organized by daughter Karen and son Kenny in their honor. The party will be at 4 p.m. at the Juneau Moose Lodge and Family Center on Aug. 26.
The couple request no gifts or cards, but the presence of friends and family would be welcomed at the celebration.
