The bride is the daughter of Debbie Jo and Clifford Johnson of Juneau. She graduated from Juneau-Douglas High School and is employed with Heritage Coffee’s Glacier Cafe.

The groom is the son of Diane and Michael Veter of Oregon City, Ore. He graduated from Sitka High School and is employed as a personal assistant.

The couple were attended by Margo and Bob Cole, Laura Fredrickson-Cooper and Joe Adelmeyer. The couple’s children Elijah D. Veter, 8, and Kial G. Veter, 2 were ring bearers. The wedding was officiated by a friend of the couple, Dyann Myers.

The couple will make their home in Juneau for now, but are also considering the Bay Area or, after their honeymoon, perhaps Hawaii.
