Rosemarie Abello Moises and Francis McLaughlin will wed Nov. 3, 2012 at the Cathedral of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Juneau.
The prospective bride is the daughter of Jeaneth and Rustico Moises and the late Melona Moises of Juneau.
The groom is the son of Brenda and Robert McLaughlin of Fairbanks.
McLaughlin proposed to Moises at the restaurant where they had their first date a year before. After the wedding, they will honeymoon in Peru and make their home in East Anchorage.
