Marilyn San Miguel and Kevin Brooks wed June 23, 2012 at the Chapel by the Lake. A reception followed at the family home on Fritz Cove Road.
The couple were attended by their adult children Michaela, Matthew, Justin and Nathaniel Brooks and James San Miguel and joined by family and friends from around the country.
They will continue to make their home in Juneau.

Kevin, not sure if you remember me or not, but we moved into your house in Juneau several years ago when you moved out and bought your house. I'm Lisa Niggeman. It was John and I and Brittany, Cole and Autumn. I remember your family, Michaela and Matthew. Just wanted to say hello and congratulations. John and I divorced in '93 and I have not remarried although I have a wonderful guy who is an attorney across the street from the courthouse I work in, Winston Throgmorton. We have dated almost 3 years and don't plan to marry or live together, which seems to work great with us. I just had a visit after 21 years from Tracy Maher who lived in Juneau but is now in Anchorage. She forwarded me your announcement so I didn't want to let it go unnoticed.
