Ralphenia Ramona Refuerzo and Scott Edward Dybdahl will wed April 27, 2013 at the Twisted Fish with a reception following.
The prospective bride is the daughter of Ralphenia Knudson of Juneau and the late James Refuerzo of Stockton, Calif. She graduated from Hoonah High School and attended the University of Alaska Southeast, where she earned a bachelor of arts degree. She is employed with the Central Council of Tlingit & Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska.
The prospective groom is the son of Ladonna and James Dybdahl of Hoonah. He graduated from Hoonah High School and attended the University of Alaska Southeast. He is employed with Coeur Alaska Kensington Mine.
The bride will be attended by maid of honor Jordana Hazam-Gamble and bridesmaids Catherine Montantes, the bride’s sister, and Stephanie Knudson, the bride’s cousin. The groom will be attended by best man, and the groom’s brother, Donald Dybdahl, and groomsmen Steven Montantes, brother of the bride, and Johan Hinchman, cousin of the groom. The wedding will be officiated by Howard Gray, a close family friend. The ring bearer will be the couple’s son, Bradley, and the flower girl will be the couple’s daughter, Lauryn.
The Dybdahls will continue to make their home in Juneau and will honeymoon in Tahiti later this year.
