Justine Trinidad and Brian Serroels will wed July 12, 2014 in Issaquah, Wash., with a reception to be held at the Pickering Barn.
The prospective bride is the daughter of Leticia and Bonn Trinidad of Auburn, Wash., formerly of Juneau. She graduated from Juneau-Douglas High School and attended the University of Alaska Southeast. She is employed with Muckleshoot Tribal School as a sixth-grade teacher.
The prospective groom is the son of Melanie and Randy Serroels of Camano Island, Wash. He graduated from Eastlake High School and attended Lake Washington Technical School. He is employed with Microsoft.
The wedding, which will feature Filipino traditions, will be officiated by Pastor Mario Lim. The bride will be attended by maid of honor Tina Andes and bridesmaids Sanaz Ghorbanpour, Nicole Hughes, Aera Hoffman and Liz James. The flower girl will be Christiana Abad. The groom will be attended by best man Matt Hackbart and groomsmen Rodrigo Pasion, Jr., Bernen Jae Alba, David Coblentz and Aleem Nasser. The bearers of the cord will be Chris and Adrianne Martin, the brother-in-law and sister of the groom. The bearers of the veil will be Demetrio and Pam Selleck-Abad, the brother-in-law and sister of the bride. The bearers of the coins will be Casey and Christine Zumwalt, cousins of the groom.
The couple will make their home in Auburn.
