Chenoweth, Smith wed

Carolyn Rebecca Chenoweth and Joshua Martin Smith will wed Aug. 24, 2013 at Eagle River Scout Camp, with a reception following.

The bride is the daughter of Charlie and Rebecca Chenoweth, currently residing in Orem, Utah. She graduated from Juneau-Douglas High School and attended Brigham Young University - Idaho. She is employed with Install-It-All in Juneau.

The groom is the son of David and Misty Smith of Juneau. He graduated from Juneau-Douglas High School and attended Universal Technical Institute of Arizona. He is employed with Arrow Refuse.

The wedding will be officiated by Bishop Zane H. Clark. The bride will be attended by bridesmaids Wendy Calderwood and Elizabeth Munoz. The bride’s niece, Kaila Pereira, will be the flower girl. She will also be attended by herparents and five siblings. The groom will be attended by groomsmen Tyler Papasodora and Alex Cox. The ring bearer will be the bride’s nephew, Pete Phair.

The couple will make their home in Juneau. Attendees are reminded to dress for the weather and be prepared for the 30- to 45-minute hike to the lodge.
