Correction: an earlier version of this stated children could be dropped off at the fair. Familes and children can drop in for all of or part of the fair.
There will be a full afternoon of family-friendly activities and games at the Alaska State Library, Archives and Museum Friday.
From 1-4 p.m., there will be a free family fair at the museum, 395 Whittier St.
Activities include taking a picture in a slide projector photo booth, folding origami Alaska animals, designing trade tokens, making Alaska action figures and more.
No registration is required and children can be present for all or part of the event and must be accompanied by adults.
