As someone who has used the services of Bartlett Hospital since 1980, and probably will need to do so again at some future time, having confidence in the institution is something that I value. What is it that reassures me that any treatment that I, or any of my family members may receive there is safe and effective?
It is the experience, integrity, and honesty of front-line staff as exemplified by Dr. Lindy Jones, Their dedication and service in spite of chaotic decision making by the administration is admirable.
