I have known Jesse Kiehl for over 20 years.
Throughout that time, he has been not just my neighbor and customer, but also a staunch advocate for small business. In both his roles with the city and the state, he has always made time for my concerns and worked diligently to fix issues.
I know Kiehl will do the right thing. On the Juneau Assembly, he has been a critical thinker and swift problem solver. As the chair of the finance committee he has made difficult decisions to ensure our city’s budget is sustainable.
Running for the Alaska Senate, Kiehl has proposed real, concrete solutions to our fiscal crisis so that the state can continue to provide the essential services, like public safety, education and infrastructure that we need to support our community and our economy. This foundation allows businesses like mine to thrive and strengthens Juneau’s role as the capital city.
I’m voting for Kiehl for state Senate, and I encourage you to join me.
