I’m adding my 150 cents worth (cost of today’s paper) to the discussion on the upcoming Nov. 8 vote on whether to authorize a constitutional convention; simply put, vote no. Our state constitution is considered an excellent example of a thoughtfully crafted document that takes a measured approach to the rights of Alaska’s citizens, the protection of its resources and the avenues for modification (amendment). Please make time to vote on Nov. 8 and vote against holding a constitutional convention.
