The National Park Service has selected Aramark Sports and Entertainment Services, LLC, to provide lodging, tour boat, food and beverage and other services under a new 10-year concession contract at Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve.
The Philadelphia-based company has been the operator of concession services at Glacier Bay under a previous contract, which expires at the end of this month. The new contract took effect Oct. 1.
“We’re pleased to continue our relationship with Aramark, and look forward to working together to provide outstanding experiences for travelers in Alaska,” said park Superintendent Philip Hooge in a news release.
Aramark is also the principal concessioner at Denali National Park.
