The Women of the Moose, Juneau Chapter #439 will once again host the Frugal Fashion show and Tea to support the AWARE Shelter.
Models must put together an outfit under $25, and there will be several categories, such as casual, business, formal and best over (the prize for this one is $100). People may also participate in other ways, such as assisting with setup, cleanup, refreshments for the shows or certificates or gifts for doors prizes.
For those who just want to come enjoy the show, tickets will be $20 or $30 for a mother and daughter.
This year’s event will be held on Oct. 23 at 3 p.m. at the Juneau Moose Family Center, located on Airport Dr. All proceeds will go to the Aware Shelter.
