If you’re a garlic grower and like to cook, here is an event for you: The 3rd annual Garlic Lovers Potluck.
On Saturday, Oct. 15 from 4:30-7:30 p.m. at the Canvas, 223 Seward St., local garlic growers will discuss cultivation, harvest and storage, and offer tastings of homegrown garlic. Participants of this free event are only asked to bring a garlic dish with a recipe to share. A booklet will be made from the recipes and will feature wine pairings. There will also be locally grown garlic and peppers for sale.
