JAMHI goes tobacco-free

The Juneau Alliance for Mental Health Inc. implemented a tobacco-free workplace policy, which includes electronic cigarettes. It went into effect on “National Kick Butts Day,” Wednesday, March 16.

JAMHI’s campus-wide tobacco-free policy was instituted to reduce the risks from using tobacco products, including risks of fire, “passive smoking” for others and the possibility of adversely affecting treatment.
