JAMHI grateful for fashion show fundraiser

This time of year is often a time for giving thanks. Juneau Alliance for Mental Health, Inc. is grateful to the many businesses that sponsored the Retail Therapy Fashion Show fundraiser for JAMHI in November.

Thanks to Alaskan Dames, Shoefly, Alaskan Brewing Co., Lillette, Hair by Tenaya, The Rose Spa, Mabel McKinley, Sequence Boardshop, and to all of the volunteers who put on a fantastic, fun-filled show or donated items for the auctions.

This well-orchestrated and entertaining event generated $3,300 for JAMHI. The funds are targeted toward assisting clients in emergency housing situations, which is an unfortunate reality in the lives of some people. The donation is much needed and will be used to help some of our community’s most vulnerable adults.
