The following students in October were recognized for their contributions to the Juneau-Douglas High School community:

Finn Adam, Isaac Gabel, Davis Harris, Phillip Huntley, Ernie Ramos, Luke Mallinger, Aubrey McCurley, Harley Sievenpiper-Booth, and Aaliyah Starr.

The JDHS Parent Group hosts a student recognition lunch each month at which the students, who have been “nominated by teachers for doing something special at JDHS,” are recognized.
