The Juneau Family Health and Birth Center is hosting a dinner at SALT on Wednesday, Oct. 26, beginning at 6 p.m.
Lionel Uddipa, SALT’s chef, has created a special menu, featuring appetizers, salad and a choice of filet mignon with zucchini pasta (for those on the paleo diet), Alaskan halibut with gruyere potatoes dauphinoise or vegetable Wellington, a popular vegetarian dish that is no longer on the regular menu. A dessert auction will follow, and a silent auction will precede dinner, as diners enjoy music by Robert Cohen.
Tickets are $100 each, and are available at the birth center. All proceeds will support go to JFHBC. For more information, call 586-1203.
