Rasmuson Foundation awards three Southeast programs in Seven Tier 1 Awards
Rasmuson Foundation awarded three Southeast Alaska programs in the Seven Tier 1 Awards. Rasmuson, which gives grants out year round, gave a total of $138,665 for capital projects, technology upgrades capacity building, program expansion and creative works for their fourth quarter in Alaska.
Perseverance will receive a grant of $25,000 for program infrastructure and performance costs associated with the play it produced, “Our Voices Will Be Heard.”
The Sheldon Museum and Cultural Center in Haines received $25,000 to install shelving for collections storage.
Craig Waverunners Swim Club in Craig received $12,094 to purchase sports and technology equipment.
