Next Wednesday, local biologist, photographer, author and naturalist Bob Armstrong will give a presentation on how Southeast Alaskan animals — from spiders to deer — take care of their young.
The talk, hosted by the Southeast Alaska chapter of the Alaska Wildlife Alliance, is part of its “Wildlife Wednesday” series. Armstrong said many of his examples will feature videos from his ongoing fieldwork.
Armstrong’s talk is Wednesday, Nov. 4 at 7 p.m. at Thunder Mountain High School library. It’s free and open to the public; snacks are provided.
