Feeding Juneau’s Future, a program that provides school-age children access to food, would like to take this time to thank the Ladies Relief Society of the Mormon Church for holding a food drive for the program. With the collection they did and the church youth did at various grocery stores, they were able to fill our shelves. This food is individual servings that will be sent home each weekend to ensure that the children will come to school on Monday morning ready to learn.
We would also like to thank the individuals/organizations who prepare the food bags that are put in the individual child’s backpack each week. These are:
