For one night, the University of Alaska Southeast is waiving an application fee.
UAS is hosting “Financial Aid & Scholarship Night” on Wednesday, Feb. 6, to assist attendees in completing the free application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), even if they are not planning on attending UAS.
Those who plan on attending a University of Alaska school can get assistance applying for admissions and filling out the UA scholarship application. The normal application fees of $40 for Certificates and Associates programs and $50 for Bachelor programs will be waived.
The event will take place in the UAS Glacier View Room, Egan 221, from 6-8 p.m. For more information about UAS, visit uas.alaska.edu or call 796-6100.
