The classes: Canning Pantry Staples (Feb. 4), Canning Soups and Sauces (Feb. 18), Starting a Cottage Foods Business (March 4), The Naturally Clean Home (March 25), Sourdough, Yogurt & Kefir (April 8-9), Pickling & Fermenting (April 22), Canning Salsa & Frijoles (April 29), and Making Sausage & Sauerkraut (May 13).
