FAIRBANKS — The Fairbanks Police Department is investigating a shooting inside Bojangles night club that left one person dead and two others injured early Sunday.
The department said in a statement that officers responding to reports of shots fired found two people with gunshot wounds at around 2:30 a.m. They were taken to Fairbanks Memorial Hospital where one victim was pronounced dead and another was listed in critical condition. A third victim was identified at the hospital as having sustained minor injuries from a gunshot wound.
Police did not release any names pending notification of next of kin. No other information was released.
