The Juneau Police Department has a new deputy police chief: David Campbell.
JPD Chief Ed Mercer announced Campbell’s promotion on Tuesday. It will be effective on Oct. 30.
“David will serve the department and community well with his many years of police service in this agency,” Mercer said in a statement.
