CBJ makes appointments to aquatics board, Planning Commission

The City and Borough of Juneau has a few new faces on its Aquatics Board and the Planning Commission.

During a special Assembly meeting Thursday, Becky Monagle was appointed to the Aquatics Board, with her term to begin immediately and to end in June 2018.

Dan Mill and Daniel Hickok were appointed to the Planning Commission, and Ben Haight was reappointed. Their terms begin Jan. 1, 2017, and expire at the end of 2019. The Assembly thanked outgoing Planning Commissioners Bill Peters and Matthew Bell for their service.

Bartlett Regional Hospital’s Board will have three seats open as of Jan. 1, 2017 that need to be filled. Applications are available online at www.juneau.org/clerk/boards/Board_Mainpage.php and are due Jan. 12, 2017.
