The City and Borough of Juneau Parks & Recreation Department is looking for input on how to best serve some of Juneau’s youngest and oldest parks users.
The department’s newest online survey asks about youth and senior activities, including after school classes and early childhood programs for children and aquatics fitness classes for seniors. The survey can be found on the CBJ website under “CBJ News” on the site’s front page.

The poll, run through the online polling platform PlaceSpeak, is part of the Parks & Recreation master planning process. The master planning process started with a series of public meetings and surveys in 2016 and is expected to finish in 2018. When it’s done, the master plan will make recommendations for the next 10 to 20 years of parks and recreation in Juneau.
First-time users of PlaceSpeak are required to go through a short, privacy-protected registration process.
