All city and state government offices will be closed for Thanksgiving on Thursday. State offices will reopen Friday for “normal hours,” according to the State Department of Administration. City offices will remain closed through the weekend and will reopen on Monday, the city clerk said. The city’s Parks and Recreation Department will be hosting a variety of events during the weekend, however. Check online for an up-to-date list of events at www.juneau.org/parkrec/.
