Defendant in multiple cases takes plea agreement, to serve 25 days

Here is a list of recent court judgments recorded in Juneau District and Superior Courts:

• Felicia Marcides Evenson, 28, was sentenced on June 16 on a number of cases. She pleaded guilty to misdemeanor larceny in connection with a Feb. 14 arrest and was sentenced to 30 days with 20 suspended and 10 to serve, as well as 12 months probation; she also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release on that date and on March 21 as well. She pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault in connection with an April 1 arrest and was sentenced to 60 days with 55 days suspended in that case. In a third case stemming from an April 18 arrest at Fred Mayer, Evenson pleaded guilty to misdemeanor larceny and was sentenced to 30 days with 20 suspended. She still has two open cases, according to online court records: an open container infraction and another larceny charge, this one from March 23.

• Jerome Joseph Martuscelli, 32, pleaded guilty to larceny on Nov. 11, 2016, and was sentenced to 30 days in prison, suspended, and 12 months probation. He also pleaded larceny in a Jan. 10 case, for which he was sentenced to 30 days, suspended, and to driving without a license, which has been suspended or revoked for DWI, for which he was sentenced to 10 days in prison.

• Travis Ian Johnson, 34, was sentenced to 120 days in prison with 100 days suspended after pleading guilty to fourth-degree assault in connection with an April 15 arrest; he also was placed on 24 months probation.

• Kenneth G. Johnson, 30, pleaded guilty to driving on a license revoked for DWI on May 22, and was fined $200, and to criminal trespass on June 6, with a $100 fine; he also pleaded guilty to larceny in connection with a June 15 arrest and was sentenced to 30 days, suspended, and 12 months probation.

• Steven Mark Lythgoe, 43, pleaded guilty to trespassing in connection with arrests on March 12 and April 24, and was fined $200.

• Christopher Houston, 27, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief for a June 2 incident and was sentenced to 10 days in jail; he also was convicted of violating a domestic violence protective order on April 22.

• Christopher Davidson, 43, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass in connection with a June 15 arrest and was fined $200.

• Joseph Yaletchko, 46, was fined $100 after pleading guilty to committing larceny on April 12.

• Nicholas Joseph Beers, 30, pleaded guilty to harassment after a June 16 arrest and was sentenced to 10 days, suspended, and fined $250, with the fine suspended as well; he was placed on 12 months probation.

• Roxanne Lindof aka Sharclane, 36, pleaded guilty to larceny in connection with a March 7 arrest and was fined $100.
