Dear readers,
For the last month, we have removed the paywall and allowed full free access to our website and e-edition.
When we removed our “A La Carte” option from digital choices you voiced your opinion and we were listening. You said you don’t necessarily want to have both options, and because of your feedback we have changed the pricing from $13.95 for four weeks to $9.95 for four weeks or $99.50 for 52 weeks.
The back story:
In the past, we had offered digital-only subscriptions in two price levels: $6.99 “A La Carte,” meaning you could decide if you wanted web or e-edition (replica of the print) and full digital access ─ both the web and e-edition ─ for $13.95. We are no longer offering the “A La Carte” option, but we have lowered the All-Access Full Digital pricing to only $9.95 every four weeks or $99.50 for 52 weeks.
The price of the print edition, which includes Full Digital Access, is still available at the low price of only $13.91 every four weeks with EZ Pay.
Our mobile app is free to download at the Apple app store or Google Play store.
To purchase a digital subscription, go to juneauempire.com/subscribe.
The paywall online at juneauempire.com will return on Thursday. At that time, readers still will be able to read 10 free articles per month.
As always, readers with subscription questions can reach us at 586-3740.
Thank you, Juneau Empire readers! We appreciate you and your feedback.
