JPD seeks information about drugstore burglar

Juneau Police Department is looking for a man suspected of stealing more than $5,000 in medications from a downtown drugstore.

An unknown suspect broke into a Seward Street business at about 1:30 a.m. Sept. 3, according to JPD. The suspect was then able to gain access to Juneau Drug, where they stole controlled medication, according to JPD.

Anyone with information is encouraged to log on to the Juneau Crime Line website to report a tip. Crime Line is a nonprofit that guarantees anonymity and may provide a reward of up to $2,000.

Tipsters can also call Juneau Crime Line at 523-7700 or JPD at 586-0600.
