A Juneau man arrested last week was indicted Thursday on sexual abuse of a minor charges.
Dermott Albert Howard, 62, was arrested on June 1 at his residence following an investigation in sexual abuse allegations reported to the Juneau Police Department on May 27, according to Juneau Police Department.
A Juneau grand jury indicted Howard on Thursday on three counts of felony first-degree sexual abuse of minor. The charges carry a maximum sentence of 99 years imprisonment.
Howard is currently being held at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
