The city’s Lands and Resources Division has moved from City Hall to the building across the street.
The division’s offices are now located on the third floor of the Municipal Way Building, 105 Municipal Way.
Getting to the third floor can be tricky if you’re not familiar with the building. There are two entrances, one facing Seward Street and the other facing Municipal Way. The entrance facing Municipal Way only allows elevator access to the third floor. The third floor is only accessible by stairs if you use the Seward Street entrance.
Though the Lands and Resources Division’s offices have moved, its mailing address hasn’t changed. To reach the division by post, address mail to 155 S. Seward St.
