ANCHORAGE — A small earthquake has been felt north of Anchorage, but officials say there have been no reports of damage.
The Alaska Earthquake Information Center says in a release the 2.8 magnitude earthquake occurred just before 11 p.m. Wednesday.
The quake was centered nearly 40 miles north of Palmer and was felt in that community. The center says the temblor was located at a depth of about 10 miles.
