‘Our Town’ previews set for Tuesday, Thursday

Shows will be pay-as-you-can

“Our Town” officially starts Perseverance Theatre’s 40th season Oct. 5, but there’s another option for those who can’t wait.

There’s a pair of pay-as-you-can previews this week.

At 7:30 p.m. Tuesday (Oct. 2) and Thursday (Oct. 4), there will be preview shows of the classic play written by Thornton Wilder.

Irene Bedard, who voiced Disney’s “Pocahontas” and more recently seen on “West World” is scheduled to portray the Stage Manager during the preview shows, which function as a type of dress rehearsal.

Tickets are first-come-first serve, and there are no advance sales.
