Assault
• At 8:43 a.m. Thursday, 34-year-old Travis Johnson was cited and released for assault and criminal trespass in the 200 block of Franklin Street.
Burglary
• At 11:16 a.m. Thursday, the Juneau Police Department received a report that someone had broken into a garage in the 7200 block of Glacier Highway.
• At 6:16 p.m. Thursday, JPD investigated a report of criminal trespassing in a home in the 200 block of Franklin Street.
Car accident
• At 2:19 p.m. Wednesday, a 2015 Subaru sedan was totaled after it hit another vehicle and the median in the 8800 block of Egan Drive. The driver of the Subaru was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital with minor injuries.
• At 4:37 p.m. Thursday, a car crashed into a ditch in the 17700 block of Point Stephens Spur Road. Two people were taken to BRH with injuries.
Domestic violence
• At 3:53 p.m. Thursday, JPD investigated a report that someone was violating a domestic violence protective order.
• At 9:27 p.m. Thursday, JPD responded to a report of a fight on Glacier Highway and arrested a man for domestic violence assault.
Driving without a license
• At 3:10 p.m. Wednesday, 53-year-old John Knobbe was cited and released in the 9300 block of Glacier Highway for driving with a revoked license.
Noise complaint
• At 12:40 a.m. Thursday, someone in the 9300 block of Betty Court made a noise complaint. Alcohol was involved.
Theft
• At 3:21 p.m. Wednesday, a white 2000 Pontiac GrandAm was reported stolen in the 5900 block of Churchill Way.
• At 7:57 a.m. Thursday, a 52-year-old woman reported someone had rifled her 1999 Ford Ranger pickup truck in the 10900 block of Mendenhall Loop Road between Oct. 7 and Oct. 18. Among the missing items was a brown Marmot hunting jacket.
• At 9:14 a.m. Thursday, a 40-year-old woman reported her vehicle was rifled in the 10700 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.
• At 10:49 a.m. Thursday, JPD investigated a report of shoplifting in the 100 block of Seward Street.
• At 11:07 a.m. Thursday, a 67-year-old man reported his vehicle was rifled in the 3100 block of Nowell Avenue.
• At 12:52 p.m. Thursday, a 45-year-old man reported someone had stolen heating oil from the tank outside his home in the 2800 block of Marsha Avenue.
• At 2:02 p.m. Thursday, two bald eagle feathers were reported stolen in the 800 block of Twelfth Street.
• At 10:10 p.m. Thursday, an unknown man stole three bottles of liquor worth $130 from a business in the 5200 block of Glacier Highway.
• At 10:22 a.m. Friday, a 40-year-old woman reported the theft of $120 from her ATM card.
Trespassing
• At 3:34 p.m. Thursday, Rodney Jackson was cited in the Downtown Transit Center after refusing to leave when asked.
• At 9:07 a.m. Friday, a 79-year-old woman reported her unlocked vehicle was rifled in the 10900 block of Mendenhall Loop Road. Nothing of value was taken.
Vandalism
• At 3:46 p.m. Wednesday, someone reported a damaged fence in the 9300 block of La Perouse Avenue.
• At 6:24 a.m. Thursday, someone set off three fire extinguishers in a location along Egan Drive.
• At 8:46 p.m. Thursday, JPD responded to a report that someone had vandalized and stolen from a parked boat in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.
• At 10:09 a.m. Friday, JPD investigated a report of criminal trespassing and vandalism at the Channel View Apartments, 315 Gastineau Avenue.
Warrant arrest
• At 9:30 a.m. Friday, 26-year-old Katrina Costello was arrested at her home on an outstanding warrant for failing to comply with the conditions of her probation. She was taken to LCCC on $5,000 bail.
