Assault
• At 5:50 a.m. Friday, JPD responded to a disturbance involving a knife in the 2200 block of Great Western Street. Two women and one man were injured in the altercation. One of the women, 66-year-old Sandra Christine Williams, was arrested for third-degree assault. She was taken to LCCC without bail. Alcohol was involved.
Burglary
• At 1 p.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of a burglary and theft of $850 worth of cash from an apartment on Oct. 21 in the 800 block of 12th Street.
• At 9:36 a.m. Friday, JPD investigated a burglary at a business in the 1400 block of Harbor Way.
Child abuse
• At 12:18 p.m. Thursday, confidential investigation into a report of child abuse in the Juneau area.
Domestic dispute
• At 12:28 a.m. Friday, JPD responded to a domestic violence disturbance that was determined to be mutual combat. Alcohol was involved.
Fire and medical
• On Thursday, Capital City Fire/Rescue responded to four EMS calls throughout the day, two medical transport calls, a report at 4:54 a.m. of an unattended fire on Calhoun Avenue that CCFR extinguished, a call at 5:59 a.m. to Vintage Boulevard that was canceled en route and a fire alarm at 7:26 p.m. on South Franklin Street that was triggered by burnt food.
Remand
• At 2:56 p.m. Thursday, Tyrone Beverly, 27, was remanded to jail for a probation violation in the 100 block of Seward Street. Alcohol was not involved.
Theft
• At 3:46 p.m. Thursday, JPD investigated a reported theft of firearms in the 1800 block of Shell Simmons Drive.
• At 8:03 p.m. Thursday, JPD investigated a theft of an iPhone in the 5700 block of Concrete Way.
