Assault
• At 2:47 p.m. Sunday, a 46-year-old woman reported a 62-year-old man intentionally ran over her foot with his wheelchair in the 200 block of Franklin Street. Investigation continues.
• At 7:24 p.m. Sunday, a 38-year-old woman reported an assault. Investigation continues.
Burglary
• At 2:18 p.m. Friday, a 69-year-old man reported someone had taken a Rossi revolver and a Swedish Mauser rifle from his boat in the 5800 block of Churchill Way sometime since October 2017.
Domestic dispute
• At 10:46 p.m. Sunday, JPD investigated a report of a domestic dispute.
Drugs
• At 9:33 p.m. Friday, JPD investigated a drug violation in the 4000 block of Granite Drive.
Drunken driving
• At 11:49 p.m. Saturday, 52-year-old Rowena Reeves was arrested in the 29500 block of Glacier Highway for driving under the influence and refusing to submit to a chemical test. Reeves was taken to LCCC and her vehicle was impounded.
• At 2:20 a.m. Sunday, 32-year-old Matthew Austin was arrested in the 1300 block of Egan Drive for driving under the influence. He later provided a breath sample of 0.178 percent. His vehicle was impounded.
Failure to appear
• At 10:09 a.m. Monday, 26-year-old Alicia Marie Silvar was arrested in the 2700 block of Sherwood Lane for failing to appear for arraignments on charges of driving without a license. She was taken to LCCC.
Fire and ambulance calls
• On Friday, Capital City Fire-Rescue responded to six emergency medical service calls, three good intent calls where services were not needed, a call to assist police on Marine Way, an unauthorized burn on Glacier Highway, and two scheduled medical transports.
• On Saturday, CCFR responded to six EMS calls, four scheduled medial transports, and a controlled burn.
• On Sunday, CCFR responded to five EMS calls, a good intent call, two calls canceled en route, and an unauthorized burn on Ling Court.
Fraud
• At 11:55 a.m. Monday, JPD investigated a reported fraud with a business in the 1200 block of Harbor Way.
Hit and run
At 9:47 a.m. Saturday, JPD investigated a report of a hit and run in the 4200 block of Mendenhall Boulevard.
Theft
• At 1:51 p.m. Friday, JPD received a report that someone had siphoned gasoline from a vehicle in the 15400 block of Glacier Highway.
• At 4:35 p.m. Friday, JPD cited and released 36-year-old Desiree Mamenta in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway for second-degree theft. A charge of scheming to defraud will also be referred to the district attorney’s office for consideration.
• At 5:47 a.m. Saturday, JPD investigated a reported stolen vehicle in the 9500 block of Glacier Highway.
• At 10:15 a.m. Saturday, JPD investigated a reported trespass and theft of tools in the 5300 block of Commercial Boulevard.
• At 8 p.m. Saturday, JPD investigated a report of a vehicle rifling and theft in the 5900 block of Churchill Way.
• At 11:31 a.m. Sunday, JPD investigated a reported tresspass and theft from a vehicle in the 9000 block of Cinema Drive.
• At 1:35 p.m. Sunday, JPD investigated a report that someone had stolen lost or mislaid property in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road.
• At 9:29 p.m. Sunday, a 40-year-old man reported his vehicle stolen in the 8800 block of Glacier Highway. The vehicle was later recovered
.• At 10:06 a.m. Monday, a 31-year-old woman reported her skateboard deck was stolen.
Trespassing
• At 6:20 p.m. Saturday, 22-year-old Cody Jonas and 20-year-old Austin Peterson were arrested and released in the 2700 block of Powerhouse Road for criminal trespass. Alcohol was involved.
Vandalism
• At 6:46 a.m. Monday, JPD investigated a report of vehicle rifling and criminal mischief in the 3600 block of McGinnis Drive.
Violating conditions of release
• At 12:42 p.m. Saturday, 45-year-old Lisa Kuhr was arrested in the 800 block of Dixon Street for violating conditions of release.Warrant arrest
• At 10:56 a.m. Saturday, Pavel Bogatko was arrested in the 3000 block of Dimond Park Loop for two outstanding warrants and was taken to LCCC.
