Attempt to Serve
At 8:46 a.m. on Friday, the Juneau Police Department served and transported a 55-year-old from Shell Simmons Drive on a court order.
Death Investigation
At 8:24 p.m. on Friday, JPD began an investigation into the death of a 31-year-old female. Next of kin has not been notified.
Shoplifting
At 3:43 p.m. on Friday, JPD responded to a report of shoplifting involving a minor at a business on Vintage Boulevard.
At 7:07 p.m. on Friday, 35-year-old Veronia Lietz was cited and released for larceny on Vintage Boulevard.
At 8:07 p.m. on Friday, 33-year-old Veronica Reierson was cited and released for larceny on Vintage Boulevard.
Suspicious Activity Vehicle Subject Device
At 10:28 p.m. on Friday, 40-year-old Xavier Reillo was arrested on Engineers Cutoff Road on suspicion of driving under the influence with a BRAC of .178%. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and held without bail.
Trespassing
At 2 a.m. on Friday, 30-year-old Bryttni Williams was arrested on Allen Court for trespassing and violating conditions of release.
At 12:34 p.m. on Friday, 41-year-old Benjamin William Stepetin was arrested on Franklin Street for trespassing. He was taken to LCCC on $500 bail. Alcohol was a factor.
