Driving while intoxicated
At 12:53 a.m. on Wednesday, 45-year-old Rory Steven Kasnick was arrested for driving while intoxicated, refusal, resisting arrest and assault on a police officer on the 8800 block of Egan Drive and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. The vehicle he was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.
Theft
At 9:03 p.m. on Tuesday, a 68-year-old woman reported a theft from a vehicle on the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.
