Attempt to Serve

At 3:12 p.m. on Friday, 45-year-old Garrett Derr was arrested on Whittier Street on two $50 warrants for failure to appear. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Disturbance

At 8:54 p.m. on Friday, the Juneau Police Department assisted another agency with an unruly person on Shell Simmons Drive.

Domestic Dispute

At 12:47 a.m. on Friday, 49-year-old Theodosia James was arrested for assault on Trout Street. She was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Driving While Intoxicated

At 9:43 p.m. on Friday, a 17-year-old male was arrested for driving while intoxicated and released to his parents.
