Abandoned Vehicle

At 3:21 p.m. on Friday, a 2003 Subaru was impounded for being in a hazardous location on Sunny Drive.

Assault

At 7:35 p.m. on Friday, a 36-year-male reported an assault on Franklin Street.

Domestic Dispute

At 11:18 p.m. on Friday, 33-year-old Cody Bradford Herndon was arrested on Churchhill Way for domestic violence assault and violating conditions of release. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

Fraud Forgery Counterfeit NSF

At 3:15 p.m. on Friday, the Juneau Police Department began an investigation into a fraudulent check cashing stemming from a previous theft.

Theft

At 3:58 p.m. on Friday, a 54-year-old female reported her son’s bicycle had been stolen by a 62-year-old male on Alder Circle.

Trespassing

At 10:36 a.m. on Friday, 38-year-old Christopher Waterhouse was arrested on Glacier Highway for trespassing and violating conditions of release at two different locations. He was taken to LCCC.
